TRAINING INFORMATION:

OUR TEAMS GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE IS BEING REVAMPED AT THE MOMENT, BUT WILL FOLLOW THE FORMAT OF 
2 WEEKLY  EVENING MEETINGS WITH OPTIONAL SATURDAY MORNING SWIM WORKOUT.

TUESDAYS
AND THURSDAYS EVES.  6:45-8:30PM BIKE AND RUN WORKOUTS IN CENTRAL PARK
SATURDAY  MORNINGS TBA.

DURING THE WEEK MOST CLUB MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO  CONTACT ONE ANOTHER TO ORGANIZE SWIMS, RIDES & RUNS.

SWIMMING WORKOUTS

ALL SWIMMING WORKOUTS FOR GSR CLUB MEMBERS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM OUR WORKOUT LIBRARY TO USE ON THEIR OWN. FUTURE WEEKEND POOL WORKOUTS PENDING FACILITY SPONSORSHIP.

TEAM TRAINING FOR 2009 SEASON WILL START THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL.
THESE ARE GROUP WORKOUTS AND NOT A TRAINING PROGRAM.
